    Hello, Michael Makey.

If you are a representative of an enterprise, then you need to contact the System Administrator of your organization who owns the license for this Office. Only the System Administrator can manage the corporate software (installation/removal/assignment of users, etc.).

If you are a private individual (home user), then I recommend deleting Office Professional Plus and purchasing a license for personal use (for example, "For home and Study").

P.S. Office Pro Plus is a corporate edition. Such a license is not sold to individuals, but is distributed only to enterprises and organizations under corporate licensing without the right to transfer. Such a license is not available for home use, and using software without a corresponding license is a form of piracy.

Recent versions of Office Professional Plus are always corporate volume licenses.

However, older versions such as Office 2016 can be licensed to individuals even if the product name includes "Plus."

If Office is associated with an account that belongs to you, you should be able to install the product on a new PC.

Note that if you got Office Professional Plus via the HUP (Home Use Program), which is now called the Microsoft Workplace Discount Program, see the Version History at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/workplace-discount-program/order-history for assistance with a reinstall.
