Local ISP - New /23 IP Block Restricted by Azure - How to fix?

We are a local ISP in SE Oklahoma. We have a new /23 of ip's that are all experiencing the same blocks from Azure, the one website that we are aware of is activeandfitdirect.com, yet i assume there are others. When accessing the website from any of the IP's within the /23 we receive a 403 forbidden. Tracing the path it ends at a microsoft Azure address.
Our ASN is 15005, whois info is correct, geo location is correct, block is clean as checked by all the services, everything comes back proper so not sure why its blocked. Looking for a way to get it removed. Any help is appreciated

Have you contacted the owner of that website and asked them to remove the block?

2025-09-25T21:08:16.48+00:00 Okay. It is much more likely the individual customer is blocking the request than Microsoft specifically. It is being blocked at the application layer since you are seeing 403.
They are using Azure Application Gateway so it is possible they have WAF policy rule set to block the range for some reason.
