    Dear tay cheehan,

Thank you for reaching out and providing detailed information regarding the BSOD issue following the installation of KB5065428 on your Windows Server 2019 system.

We understand that your server operates in a no-internet environment and previously had RAID configured. The error code 0xc000021a typically indicates a failure in the system initialization process, often related to driver conflicts or system file integrity issues triggered during the update.

Given the presence of RAID, it’s possible that the update introduced changes that conflict with the storage controller or driver stack. We recommend verifying that your RAID drivers are up to date and compatible with the latest cumulative update. If possible, boot into Safe Mode and check for any unsigned or outdated drivers using Device Manager.

Additionally, reviewing the C:\Windows\Minidump and CBS.log files may help identify the root cause of the crash. If the system remains unbootable, you may need to perform a recovery using installation media and roll back the update via the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE).

Please let me know if any of these steps help resolve the issue. If you find this answer helpful, feel free to hit "Accept Answer" so others can benefit too 😊. T&B, Harry.
