The New Outlook, filing emails from the inbox

Hi,
I am using the New Outlook. It is full of insurmountable problems that did not occur in the old classic Outlook

Problem 1.,
The new Outlook will not let me move inbox emails to my email filing system.

I setup my Outlook email filing system 25 years ago. It works fine in the classic Outlook but not in the new Outlook.
All I want to do is drag emails from my Inbox over to each client's alpha/numeric listing within the Inbox. I also drag my replies to the same listing.
But, when I attempt to do that in the New Outlook, the emails are automatically returned to the Inbox.

Problem 2.,
In the classic Outlook I could set up my Gmail and other personal and business email accounts. I had 12 email accounts set up in the classis Outlook. The new outlook has a maximum limit of 10 email accounts. When I try to set up the remaining two accounts, Microsoft tells me I have exceeded the maximum and to add another account I will have to delete one. Now I have two email providers, Outlook and a second provider to access my other email accounts accounts.

Problem 3.,
I receive emails from an enquiries form on my website. It's a generic enquiries email address. In the classic Outlook, I could reply to those enquiries using my personalised business email address, but the new Outlook prevents that. The new Outlook says I have to send reply from the same generic enquiries email address. Not very business like.

These and other of the new Outlook problems are reducing my productivity by at least 10 hours per week and my email is now very disorganised. I can't keep running a business this way.

I need to quickly find a new email provider ASAP which was as efficient as the old classic Outlook.

Any suggestions?

Thanks
Gregory
