It sounds like you may have accidentally triggered a Windows 11 or Lenovo keyboard shortcut that changes how the keys work. You can try this, first try pressing Win + Spacebar or Alt + Shift to switch back to your normal keyboard layout, since key combos can change the language settings. If that doesn’t help, press Fn + Esc to toggle Fn Lock, which sometimes causes function keys or other combos to act differently. Also check Settings > Accessibility > Keyboard to make sure Sticky Keys or Filter Keys didn’t get turned on by mistake, since those can interfere with typing. If none of that works, a simple restart often resets the keyboard to normal.
