What should I do because I have not got any reply regarding my question from a Microsoft External moderator since Sep, 6 2025?

My Azue Account might be locked out due to incomplete MFA setup. To resolve this, a Microsoft External moderator told me that she needed to engage the Data Protection team via a support ticket to unblock my access. Furthermore, she asked me to give her some information containing my Personally Identifiable Information (PII). I gave it to her on Sep, 6 2025, but there has been on response since then. What should I do next? Post my question again?

    Hey there, Saksiri Lertnilkarn

I have escalated your thread, https://free.blessedness.top/en-us/answers/questions/5531966/i-cannot-find-a-prompt-window-on-my-authenticator, and asked for someone to provide you with an update on the status of the problem that has been reported.

I know from experience; it can take some time for Microsoft to resolve problems that have been escalated. This is due to the teams having to investigate and handle the situation, then pass the results onto the agent to pass back to you.

I will keep an eye on the thread to see if you get a response. It may also be worth responding to the thread asking the agent for an update.

    Hope this helps,
    Nathan
