Installing the Bluetooth driver keeps failing. windows 7/ windows professional/ Bluetooth device is 1more headsets.

    Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A and informed us about the issue. I believed that you're trying to update a driver on Windows 7. Unfortunately, Windows 7 has not received any support since 2020, I would advise upgrade your PC to the latest Windows OS such as Windows 11 to received better security and update for your PC.
