How to find my Microsoft ID for schedualing the pl300

I am about to take the pl300 with Pearson testing, they need my Microsoft ID in order to schedule the test. how would I find it?

    Hi, I'm Julian. You can do so by signing in here free.blessedness.top/en-gb/users/me/certifications. Once signed in, look under your profile or “Certification Profile” section, and your MCID will be listed there. If you’ve never accessed this dashboard before, you may need to set up your certification profile using the same email you used when registering for your exam.

    2. Sign in using the same email address you used during registration.
    3. Navigate to Certification profile,
    4. MCID will be here.
