Reinstall it from the Google Play Store.

So last Wednesday my Windows 365 remote desktop was working perfectly fine, but the very next day it said that I was disconnected from the remote PC (as seen bellow) and about a week later it still is not working. I have tried refreshing over 500 times, clicking reconnect also over 500 times, and tried restarting my Chromebook (what I use the remote desktop with) about 3 times. Even after all this, it STILL won't connect! I have tried all that I could think of this past week and still no luck!!!!! This is getting ridiculous. I really need this for school!!!!! I don't know what else to do! Please fix this!!!!!!!!!!! Please and than you!
