Client lost the ability to edit PDF-files via Outlook OWA, and now has to download files and re-attach them. Can we get back the old interface as it was more convenient for them?

    Hi,

I'm Sumit, here to help with your query on the Microsoft Q&A forums.

Apologies for any inconvenience you are experiencing. I am happy to help you today.

The PDF editor in OWA is provided by Microsoft Edge I believe. Atre you using Chrome, or Microsoft Edge?Screenshot 2025-09-17 164848

Thank you, Kim. So for your case, the upper toolbar to edit PDF is missing as indicated in the image?

That is odd, it is fine here. For testing, download and run Edge Dev version from https://aka.ms/EdgeInsider , which behaves as a separate installation. Please let me know if the toolbar appears in the same.
