    Hello Sardar,

Based on the Key ID B45DB7B2, the next step is to search for the corresponding 48-digit BitLocker recovery key. Since you’ve already checked your Microsoft account and didn’t find it there, we recommend the following actions:

Check Azure AD / Intune / Active Directory: If your device is managed by an organization, the recovery key may be stored in Azure AD or Active Directory. Please contact your IT administrator or service desk to search for the key using the Key ID.

Verify Other Accounts: If you used a different Microsoft account during setup, try logging into Microsoft’s BitLocker Recovery Key portal with that account to check for saved keys.

Confirm Device Management Status: If your device is enrolled in Intune or another MDM solution, the recovery key may be retrievable from the device management dashboard.

Remote Support or Onsite Delivery: If needed, we can arrange remote access to assist further, or you may deliver the device to the Service Desk. Please let us know your preference and availability.

If the recovery key cannot be located, data recovery may not be possible without it due to BitLocker’s encryption model. However, we’ll exhaust all lookup options first before considering alternatives.
