Hi Michael Finn,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A!
Thank you for sharing the details of your setup. The issue you're facing may have resulted from Windows 11 importing your older Quicken installation from your Windows 10 PC using PC migration or network sync features. In addition, installing the new Quicken over the old one likely created registry conflicts and left behind remnants of the old installation, compounding the scaling issue.
1 - Check compatibility settings:
- Right-click Quicken
.exe> Properties > Compatibility tab - Uncheck box Run in 640 x 480 screen resolution > Apply
- If the issue persists, click Change high DPI settings button
- Check the box Override high DPI scaling behavior
- In the dropdown, select Scaling performed by: > System (Enhanced)
- Apply the changes > Close Quicken completely (end task)
2 - Clean reinstall Quicken:
- Open Quicken and backup your files/settings (if applicable)
- Uninstall every instance of Quicken > Restart your PC
- Reinstall the new subscription version cleanly
- Right-click Quicken > Run as administrator
3 - If the problem persists, check display and graphics:
- Open Settings > System > Display:
- Set Display resolution to the Recommended value
- Set Scale to 100% (or test other values if needed)
- Update graphic drivers:
- Go to the Dell Support Website > enter your AIO's service tag
- Download the latest Graphics/Video drivers for your specific model
- Install them and restart your computer > test Quicken again
