- Could you let me know where you’re using Teams (for example, on Windows, Mac, or mobile)? Also, does the issue continue even after restarting your device?
It would also help to check if the same problem happens when you try using the Microsoft Teams web version in a browser, this can tell us if it’s the app itself or something with the system.
