Our account's MSA left and need to contact replacement
We've been in contact with our MSA for our account for many months; He mentioned that he's leaving that position and we should be contacted by a replacement but that never happened.
We are currently paying for Standard support for our account but also facing some issues and long delays in our support tickets. We also need assistance with some specific Azure Products for which having an MSA to route our doubts would be quite important.
How can we find out who our MSA is? if any?
Btw, I looked at similar questions; just in case, we have Global admin control of our account. We just need someone to reach out when our Standard support is failing or we need some solutions support.
