I cannot get a Non-Profit account set up for our NP.

I created a non-profit profile and log in. After filling in the profile, and requesting access for setting us up MS365, the status of NP was rejected. This notification came within minutes and no information about our NP was asked for or provided.

Now I cannot log in to our profile to submit information or ask what documentation is missing. Perhaps we were summarily rejected because we offer recreation services, support minor girls softball, Jordon Stollery Children's hospital, Breast Cancer research, and high school sports.

Our organization uses Google tools. I would very much like to move to MS. I need to convince the NP Board. In order to do so, we will need to get the correct status in place. This is very easy for Google; very difficult on MS. If there is advice on how to navigate Microsoft non-profit avenues, it would be very much appreciated.

    Hello,

What country is your NP located? Canada?

Did you do your nonprofit status verification via Techsoup? Just want to make sure that part is approved, otherwise you want to check in with Techsoup support.

If it has been already approved in Techsoup, use this website: https://nonprofit.microsoft.com/en-us/contactus

Scroll down and in the search, you can search for key terms such as "my application was rejected", then click on get more support to fill out a contact form.
