The latest version covers the 2019 version its asking for, just restart your computer after installing the Visual C++ package before you install VirtualBox

vc_redist.x64.exe (for 64-bit systems)

2.Run the Installer
Double-click the downloaded .exe files.
Accept the license terms and complete the installation.
Restart your computer after installation.
