This issue typically occurs when the application or installer requires elevated privileges beyond standard administrator access. To resolve this, we recommend right-clicking the installer file and selecting “Run as administrator”, which explicitly launches the process with elevated rights. Additionally, ensure that User Account Control (UAC) settings are not overly restrictive by navigating to Control Panel > User Accounts > Change UAC settings, and adjusting the slider to a moderate level.
If the issue persists, check whether the administrator account is subject to Admin Approval Mode, which can be modified via Local Security Policy > Local Policies > Security Options. You may also consider creating a new local administrator account to test the installation.
