Hello Rajesh Gupta,
The guid here corresponds to the Config Source not the policy ID. First of all, to confirm if this policy is configured via Intune,
- In the same report, there is a section called "Enrolled configuration sources and target resources".
- Look for the GUID from your screenshot in this section under 'ID' and match the 'Configuration Source'. For example, in my case the Configuration Source for Intune under this section shows as "MDMDeviceWithAAD"
- You can also confirm this from "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\DMClient". If a folder with the same GUID exists here, it confirms that the configuration is applied via Intune.
If yes, to identify configuration policies assigned to this device, you can follow the below steps
- Go to Intune Admin Center → Troubleshooting + support → Troubleshoot.
- Enter the user and select the device.
- Navigate to Policy: • Click Add filters → Targeting → Device. • Add another filter: Add filters → Type → [Policy Type] (e.g., Configuration Profile, Settings Catalog).
- The filtered list will show the policies assigned for this device and you can figure out which policy has this configuration.
Or you can leverage PowerShell or Graph API scripts to enumerate all assigned policies and settings for the device
If not deployed via Intune, check the alternate sources to see where this policy is coming from
