hi,
actually this error often pops up when the system detects too many rapid requests from your account. it is a safety feature to prevent automated scripts from scraping all the keys. so yes, you might have just hit a temporary throttle by checking those applications too quickly.
the easiest fix is to simply wait a bit. these throttles usually last for a short time, maybe 15 to 30 minutes. take a break, grab a drink, and then try again a little later. it should resolve itself.
if waiting does not help, the issue might be with your account itself. sometimes, your security info or contact details need to be verified. pop over to account.microsoft.com and make sure everything is up to date there. this is a good habit for any online service, not just azure.
also, check this. are you by any chance using a vpn? some azure services can get finicky with vpns because the ip address might look suspicious. try disabling it temporarily and see if that lets you in.
if you are still stuck after that, it is time to contact support. they can look up your account and see exactly what is causing the validation block. just visit the azure support page and open a ticket. explain what happened and that you were accessing the education keys.
good luck. i know it is frustrating, but it is usually just a small bump. you will be back to learning in no time. let me know how it goes.
Best regards,
Alex
