Hello,

Within my company we have purchased windows 11 Pro full version that I don't have a Product key for one of my computers. I need to find out what that product key is so my IT department can reopen our computer.

    Hi,

If your organization purchased a full version of Windows 11 Pro, the product key may be stored digitally depending on how it was deployed. For devices activated via a digital license, the key is linked to the hardware and Microsoft account used during setup, and may not be displayed directly.

To retrieve the product key from the affected computer (if accessible), you can run the following command in Command Prompt as Administrator:

    cmd

    wmic path softwarelicensingservice get OA3xOriginalProductKey

If the device is inaccessible, we recommend checking your company’s Microsoft account order history or contacting your license provider for the original key. You may also use tools like ShowKeyPlus, available from the Microsoft Store, to view license details on active systems.

If my answer is useful for you, please give it a vote.

    Best regards,

    Quinnie Quoc.
