    Kindly check the following:
    Check if your device is enrolled:

    • Open the Company Portal app on your iOS device.
    • Sign in with your work or school account.
    • If you see a message about access being blocked, your device may not be properly enrolled or compliant.

    Enroll your device:

    • Follow the steps in the Company Portal app to enroll your device.
    • Make sure you allow all required permissions and install any required management profiles.

    Contact your IT administrator:

    If you’re an admin, make sure the user is assigned the correct Intune license and that device enrollment restrictions or compliance policies are not blocking access.
