Check if your device is enrolled:
- Open the Company Portal app on your iOS device.
- Sign in with your work or school account.
- If you see a message about access being blocked, your device may not be properly enrolled or compliant.
Enroll your device:
- Follow the steps in the Company Portal app to enroll your device.
- Make sure you allow all required permissions and install any required management profiles.
Contact your IT administrator:
- If you still cannot access resources, your organization may need to grant you access or approve your device in the Intune admin center.

If you’re an admin, make sure the user is assigned the correct Intune license and that device enrollment restrictions or compliance policies are not blocking access.
