Hi Muhammad Zia,
When a Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Configuration Manager (now part of Microsoft Endpoint Manager) Evaluation Lab Kit expires, it cannot be renewed or extended. These labs are built on time-limited evaluation versions of Windows Server, SQL Server, and Configuration Manager. Once the evaluation period ends, critical services (like SQL) stop, and the Configuration Manager Console (CMC) will not launch. That is the reason you see those responses.
You can follow the steps below to solve the existing problem:
1. Download a New Lab Kit: The supported solution is to download and provision a new evaluation lab kit from Microsoft’s official source.
The latest available kit is the Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 Deployment Lab Kit, which includes Configuration Manager (current branch), Windows 11, Intune integration scenarios, and more. You can download from here: Windows and Microsoft 365 deployment lab kit - Microsoft 365 Enterprise | Microsoft Learn
2. Delete Old Lab: Since the evaluation software has expired, the existing VMs cannot be reused. You need to remove the expired VMs and deploy a fresh lab environment using the new kit.
3. Licensing Considerations: If you plan to use Configuration Manager beyond the temporary lab, you need a proper license (via Volume Licensing, Visual Studio/MSDN subscription, etc.).
For standalone SCCM installations (not lab kits), you can upgrade an evaluation edition to a licensed version by re-running setup and selecting the upgrade option.
