    Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A Forum. 

    Based on my research, Microsoft Access is included with both Microsoft 365 Personal and Family subscriptions. You can download and install it on a Windows PC as part of your Office apps. Please note that Access is only available on Windows, so it won’t appear if you are using a Mac.
