I want to learn why I can't Upgrade My HP Pavilion Laptop 16 Notebook PC. My HP Pavilion Laptop came with Windows 11 was Preinstalled on it and I wasn't ready to start using Windows 11 so I entered my USB Windows 10 Home Product Key and It removed Windows 11 that I am wanting to start using for the Microsoft Edge CoPilot since I have been getting the knowledge from the Copilot that I have installed now. I tried several times to see where the Windows 11 backup was and no luck with that either because my TPM is not running 2.0 it is running the TPM 1.2. Can Someone Please help me get my HP Pavilion back on Windows 11?

You need to reset your device, assuming o365 is not installed backup or copy data to an external device first then disconnect that device before reseting
