Inside a Comment I Suddenly Cannot Control Format

I have a long dialog with a "Microsoft External Staff • Moderator" in Comments on my OP. Up until my last entry, I've been able to line-space between paragraphs for clarity, but no longer. What's changed, or what am I doing wrong? -- JcW31

    There's no limit on posting comments or answers. The thread only has one deleted post, which is likely the one you're not seeing, but everything else is still there. I'm also not aware of any issues with line spacing.
