Neither solution worked.
onedrive.live.com is no longer displaying photos.
After a Firefox update to 142.0.1, my onedrive.live.com is no longer displaying photos. All I get is a wavy black screen. Help, please.

2025-09-16T01:50:54.8533333+00:00 The problem is that OneDrive photos now automatically goes to a slideshow and not a page of snapshots for us to choose. We need to be able to select our preferences for this and I, for one, would NOT choose slideshow.

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community. I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issue viewing your photos on OneDrive after updating Firefox to version 142.0.1. That kind of issue can be really frustrating, especially when everything was working fine before.
Let’s try a few simple steps that might help. First, clearing your browser’s cache and cookies can often fix display problems like this. Just go into Firefox's settings, find the Privacy & Security section, and hit “Clear Data.” Once that’s done, restart Firefox, log back into OneDrive, and give it another shot by opening a folder full of photos.
If that doesn’t work, you might try using Firefox’s Private Window mode. This can help bypass any cache scripts or browser extension that might be interfering with how OneDrive loads. Just open a Private Window, log into OneDrive, and see if navigating through your photos is works smoothly.
And if you're still having issue, it might be worth switching to a different browser for the meantime. Sometimes Firefox may be having some compatibility issues with the latest OneDrive layout, so using Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome could give you a better experience while the issue gets sorted out.
I hope this information is helpful. Feel free to reply for better understanding.
Regards,
