    Dear Mohab Mansoub,

Based on your description, the sound works correctly when using a headset, and the hardware itself has been verified. You've also attempted to uninstall and reinstall the driver, and followed the troubleshooting steps outlined in Microsoft's audio support guide.

To further assist, we recommend the following advanced steps:

    Here are Recommended Actions

Check Default Playback Device Go to Settings > System > Sound > Output, and ensure the correct speaker device is selected as the default. Sometimes, updates can reset this setting.

Disable Audio Enhancements In the same Sound settings, select your output device > Properties, and under the Enhancements tab, check “Disable all enhancements.”

Roll Back the Audio Driver In Device Manager, locate your sound device, right-click > Properties > Driver tab, and select Roll Back Driver if the option is available.

Use Generic Microsoft HD Audio Driver In Device Manager, choose Update Driver > Browse my computer > Let me pick, and select High Definition Audio Device instead of the manufacturer-specific driver.

    1. Restart Audio Services Open Services (services.msc), and restart the following: Windows Audio Windows Audio Endpoint Builder

I hope this helps. Just kindly tick Accept Answer that others in the community facing similar issues can easily find the solution. Your contribution is highly appreciated.

    Best regards,
