You can verify this by opening services.msc and checking the status of “Windows Search.” Additionally, confirm that the affected user profiles have access to the search index by enabling per-user catalog indexing via the registry key EnablePerUserCatalog.
If you're using FSLogix or a multi-session environment, profile container configurations may also impact search functionality. Restarting Windows Explorer and running the Search and Indexing troubleshooter under Settings > System > Troubleshoot may help resolve temporary issues.
