Microsoft Connected Cache verification stuck after provisioning (IoT Edge running but portal not moving forward

Hello,

I have provisioned Microsoft Connected Cache (MCC) for ISPs on my server mcc-jazeera-cache01.

The IoT Edge modules (edgeAgent, edgeHub, SimulatedTemperatureSensor) are running.

DNS configuration is set correctly, containers can resolve mcr.microsoft.com.

However, in the Azure portal, under Verify Operator, it is stuck at:

“Congratulations, you are now verified. Please wait for a few minutes and refresh your page to move onto the next step.”

This status has not changed for more than 24 hours.

Because of this, I am not receiving any credentials (username/password) for Connected Cache.

Could you please assist me in finalizing the verification process or let me know if I need to trigger a backend refresh?

Thank you.

    Hi Al Jazeera Telecom,

Logs will help debug the Issue

You can enable the verbose with CLI commands too

    https://free.blessedness.top/en-us/cli/azure/mcc?view=azure-cli-latest

Please re-register service provider for underlying respective services if needed.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Thank you
