Hi,
Thank you for reaching out. We understand how disruptive a blank screen before login can be, especially after trying multiple solutions. Based on your description, this issue may be related to display output misconfiguration, graphics driver failure, or a stalled Windows process.
Please try pressing Windows + Ctrl + Shift + B to reset the graphics driver—if successful, you should hear a beep or see the screen flicker. If that doesn’t help, we recommend booting into Safe Mode by force-shutting down the PC three times to trigger Recovery Mode, then navigating to Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Startup Settings > Restart, and selecting F5 to enter Safe Mode with Networking.
Once in Safe Mode, update or roll back your display drivers via Device Manager, and check for any pending Windows updates. You can also perform a System Restore if the issue began recently.
For detailed steps, please refer to Microsoft’s troubleshooting guide.
Let us know if you need help with any of these steps.
Best regards,
Quinnie Quoc.
