Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A and informed us about the issue. Unfortunately, Windows 7 has not received any update since 2020 and also out of date and perhaps your driver also not supported for Windows 7. I would advise update your PC to the latest Windows OS version such a Windows 11 to received better support and security for your PC. You can refer to this topic on how to Install Windows 11.
