Hi Eric,
It seems there might be some unusual data transfer or some content policy violation - Review the Azure OpenAI Content Policy: Familiarize yourself with the Azure OpenAI service content policy to identify any content or behavior that might have led to the temporary block. This includes guidelines on acceptable use and prohibited content.
- Contact Azure Support:
- Go to the Azure portal-->Navigate to Help + Support and select Create a Support request.
- Choose Technical as the issue type and OpenAI Service as the service.
- In the description, explain that you received a temporary block and include the error ID which is essential for the support team to investigate further Provide Relevant Details: Mention any changes made in your resource usage, or actions that could clarify the intent or purpose behind the usage that triggered the block. Wait for Azure Support Resolution: Once your request is submitted, Azure Support will review it and provide you with guidance on any necessary actions or adjustments to prevent future blocks.
Hope this helps.
