I did not use my Azure account in a while and tried to use it again but I have some kind of three factor authentication problem.
Passkey works, but then I get asked for third factor (mobile app/TOTP). I dont have access to these (anymore?).
I can however log into the associated outlook/microsoft account using the same passkey.
I'll either want to remove the azure acc completely and sign up again or, ideally, remove the TOTP stuff for azure.
But for doing any of that I need access to azure .... So I'm stuck.
There is no real support for that, you cant even create a ticket since ... no access to Azure.
Anything I/you can do?

Based on your description, it appears that your Microsoft Entra ID account is currently enforcing a multi-factor authentication (MFA) policy that includes passkey, TOTP and the Microsoft authenticator app. While your passkey is working, the system is asking for a Third factor, which you don't have access. This happens when the account is configured to mandate multiple authentication methods.
In this situation, you need to contact your organization’s Microsoft Entra admin. They can reset your MFA registration from the Microsoft Entra admin center and reconfigure the required authentication methods so you can regain access to your account.
If you are the only global admin for your tenant, please let us know, we need some additional details to assist you further.

Sadly I am the only admin and it is asking me for TOTP/mobile authentication when I try to log in via Microsoft Entra admin center ... :/
