1. Basic checks:
- Remove the power adapter > remove the battery if removeable > Press and hold the Power button to drain all remaining power
- Plug the adapter back and reboot your laptop
2. Test with an external monitor:
- If you have any other extra monitor (TV, separate screen,...) connect your PC through HDMI/VGA port. If your monitor received signal, which means the core components is working, then the issue is most likely within your laptop's screen.
