Office 365 disappeared from computer. Reinstall looks like it's happening but then doesn't. How do I reinstall?

Office 365 disappeared from the computer. We have a 5 person subscription. I've attempted to reinstall from the computer owner's identity and from mine as the manager. Using the reinstall tool, it downloaded the setup file and says that it's installing but at the end the program is not there. Outlook works but that's all. What do I do?

    Deinstale o Microsoft 365 usando o Revo, depois baixe a versão Offline e instale-o.

    1. Download Revo and install it > Find Microsoft 365 and double-click on it > Click “Continue'' > Follow the steps of the program to uninstall it.
    2. After uninstalling the program, go back to Revo > In Uninstall Mode, select ''Advanced'' > Click on "Check".
    3. Revo will look for any remnants of the program files and logs when it is uninstalled. Select all of them and delete them, then continue until you’re done.
    4. Go to the Microsoft website > Sign in with your Account > Click on Subscriptions > Install Desktop Versions of Microsoft 365 applications > Under "Choose a version", choose Offline Installer.

    1. Restart your PC while downloading the Offline installer > Install Microsoft 365 again.
