Dynamic to Basic Disk Conversion Causing RAW File System and Partition Loss
External harddisk not showing drives

I have change a laptop and I tried to add the old hard disk using a case as external. But then the drives are not detecting. Then I open the disk management section and check the external drive was set as dynamic and there was an option to convert it basic. I tried that.also I give a letter to drive then onwards the disk is showing as raw and it can only detecting 1 drive though once I trying to open that drive it asking me to format. How can I get the all drive back and its content. Till now inspite of asking me to format the drive I have not formated that drive.

2025-08-22T22:29:21.7733333+00:00 thanks for ur answer.I tried with testdisk somedays ago Can able to see the partitions but not get any option to write partition table. Is there any other option availiable? Among other only minitool partition wizard can detect that but there premium version can only do that which is too costly.
