PDF converting...secure with IRM... can't open!
Just bought a New phone.. samsung s25. Everything works fine.. except this; I can't open downloaded pdf files from one particular app. I keep getting these 2 screens: 1. "Converting PDF" and then 2."CONVERTING PDF, the file cannot be opened because it is secured with IRM (Information Rights Management) "Please help, this is driving me nuts. All other pdfs I receive through email i can open, without fail. But this one app... no way. Hoping for a solution.. thank you!!
