Hi! If you created a Microsoft account with your Gmail address, you wont receive emails that people send to that email address on Outlook.com, this email is only used as a login alias in Outlook.com, but the email servers are on Gmail.
My email address & gmail not updating in outlook/live online since 2024?
On Microsoft - /outlook.live.com/mail - under my own email address and my gmail address - my last email is from 2024. In Outlook PC app - it is up to date. How can I update the settings in the web version to work? I get my outlook emails - just not my own email or gmail?
Thank you for any help.
Deborah

In Microsoft Outlook I have an Outlook email that I never use, my own email @ddfdesign and a gmail one. I used to get all of them separately in Outlook on the web but now I only get the outlook ones. The other 2 both stopped in July 2024. So I can no longer get my main emails - ddfdesign ones. I get them in the Outlook app but thats it. It would be good if they were in sync.
Hope this makes sense.
Thank you,
Deborah
