    Dear IBN,

Using Microsoft accounts allows users to access cloud-based services such as Microsoft 365, OneDrive, Teams, and Azure, while also enabling device synchronization, enhanced security, and centralized management. To begin, we recommend switching each user’s login from a local account to a Microsoft account via Settings > Accounts > Your Info, then selecting “Sign in with a Microsoft account instead”.

For a larger team, consider using Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) or Microsoft Entra ID to manage identities and streamline access. This enables centralized credential management, single sign-on, and policy enforcement across all devices and services.

I hope this helps. Just kindly tick Accept Answer that others in the community facing similar issues can easily find the solution. Your contribution is highly appreciated.

    Best regards,
