We are experiencing an issue in Windows 11 when using the SAP Business One application. Whenever we use the Alt + Tab keyboard shortcut to switch between windows, the SAP Multi-Screen window automatically opens without user action.

This behavior is disruptive and not expected. It occurs consistently and impacts productivity for our SAP users

    Hi Bheemaraya,

The issue you're describing, where the SAP Multi-Screen window opens automatically when using Alt + Tab in Windows 11, has been reported by other users as well. It appears to be related to how Windows 11 handles window grouping and multitasking features in newer builds.

Here are a few steps you can try to mitigate the behavior:

Adjust Alt+Tab Settings: Go to Settings > System > Multitasking, and under the Alt+Tab section, change the setting to “Open windows only”. This prevents Windows from showing additional grouped or tabbed windows, which may be triggering the SAP Multi-Screen overlay.

Disable Snap Layouts (if enabled): In the same Multitasking settings, you can disable Snap windows to reduce interference with window switching.

Check for SAP Updates: Ensure you're running the latest version of SAP Business One, as updates may include compatibility fixes for Windows 11.

Monitor Build-Specific Behavior: If the issue began after a recent Windows update, you may want to test on a different build or monitor future updates for improvements.

    T&B, Harry.
