    Hi Mall Ashi,

Thanks for reaching on Microsoft Q&A!

Yes, you can use the same Virtual Network (VNet) and a new subnet to deploy a new HDInsight HBase cluster, but only if you switch to the Standard Load Balancer SKU.

Standard Load Balancer: Required if you want to span multiple subnets. The Basic SKU does not support backend pools across subnets.

Can you please confirm is your existing HDInsight cluster using the Basic Load Balancer SKU? if yes then you need to upgrade it to standard https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/updates?id=azure-basic-load-balancer-will-be-retired-on-30-september-2025-upgrade-to-standard-load-balancer

As you have already gone through the Microsoft document there are multiple methods given configure, you can use any of them.

Please let me know if you have further queries.

    Thanks

    Kalyani
