my customer use microsoft entra for their security , but the system show their public ip in phuket province and it incorrect.

Incorrect location: Phuket , Phuket TH
Correct location: Samut Prakan , Phra Pradaeng TH
Please help to correct the location .

As discussed over private message, I have raised an incident with our engineering team to fix this incorrect location and to update with the correct location. Once I get an update, I'll let you know.

I got an update from our engineering team about this issue. The provider is set to update its location this weekend, and the correct location should be visible after that.

I have received an update from our engineering team that they have the IP address with correct location. Please check your sign-ins and let me know if it still shows incorrect location at your end.
