Verify and Sync Accounts
- Windows Sticky Notes App: Open it → Settings (gear icon) → Confirm account email.
- OneNote on Android/Windows: Go to Settings → Verify the same account is signed in. If not, sign out and back in.
- Force Sync: In Windows Sticky Notes → Settings → Sync Now. Repeat in OneNote (Settings → Sync).
Update or Reinstall Apps
- OneNote on Android: Update via Play Store. If already updated, uninstall → restart device → reinstall.
- OneNote on Windows: Ensure you have Version 2405+ (check via File → Account → About OneNote).
Access Notes via Alternative Methods
- Web Access: Visit Outlook.com → Check the Notes folder (synced Sticky Notes appear here).
- Dedicated Sticky Notes App (Android): Install "Microsoft Sticky Notes" from Play Store → Sign in to view notes.
