    Hello,

Thank you for posting this issue in the community.

Use Microsoft OneDrive to Transfer Your Files We recommend that you first back up your files and notes to OneDrive using your old Samsung Galaxy. Open the OneDrive app on your Galaxy, sign in with your Microsoft account, and upload all important files and notes. Then, on your new Tracphone, install OneDrive, sign in with the same account, and download the files. This approach lets you seamlessly transfer content between your devices. For detailed steps, please refer to the official Microsoft support article: Seamlessly transfer content between your devices - Microsoft Support

Sync Your Notes with Microsoft OneNote If you use OneNote for your notes, ensure that your notebooks are synchronized on your old phone. Open the OneNote app and verify that your notes are updated online. Once that’s confirmed, sign in with the same Microsoft account on your new Tracphone to access your synchronized notes. For more information on syncing notebooks, please see the official guidance from Microsoft: Sync a notebook in OneNote - Microsoft Support

Support I hope you find the information provided helpful.
