I can't log in to One Note

When I use One Note I can make notes but it says it can't synchronize because I am not logged in. But when I press log in noting happens?

Anybody who can help with this issue?

    3. Clear the cache and data of the OneNote app on your Android device.
    4. Uninstall and reinstall the OneNote app from the Google Play Store.
    5. Restart your device and try logging in to OneNote again.
