Hello Dominique,
Welcome to Microsoft Community.
. I understand you're experiencing issues with your RECHERCHEV (VLOOKUP) formulas after moving your Excel files to OneDrive. My appologies for the troubles caused
To better assist you, could you please clarify the following
Are all the linked files saved in the same OneDrive folder or subfolders?
Are you and the other users accessing the files via the OneDrive sync client or through the browser (Excel Online)?
Are the files shared with edit permissions?
Here are some helpful troubleshooting Steps
- Check File Paths:
When files are moved to OneDrive, Excel may not automatically update the file paths in your formulas.
Open the file with the RECHERCHEV formulas and check if the links still point to the local file paths (e.g., C:\Users...) instead of the OneDrive cloud path
2. Update Links:
Go to Data > Edit Links in Excel (if available) and update the source to the new OneDrive location.
Alternatively, reinsert the RECHERCHEV formula and manually browse to the new file location on OneDrive.
- Check Sharing and Permissions:
Ensure the files are shared with the correct users and that they have permission to access and edit them.
If using Excel Online, note that some advanced features like external links may not work as expected.
4. Test in Excel Desktop App:
If you're using Excel Online, try opening the files in the desktop version of Excel, which has better support for linked workbooks.
Your feedback will be appreciated
