Microsoft Authenticator - OTP 30-Second Countdown STUCK

Is anybody else having issues with non-Microsoft OTP app registrations on the Microsoft Authenticator app freezing on countdown and then causing 6-digit codes to be incorrect?

I am the IT admin for a small company and we use the Microsoft Authenticator app to register MFA codes to outside applications - Salesforce, Box.com, Zoho, etc. - and starting yesterday those countdowns are getting stuck. Not even a closing out of and reopening of the app resolves the issue.

I haven't tried deleting and reinstalling the app - that would wipe out all registrations and I have more than 30.
