- Just to confirm when adding your work account the Microsoft Loop doesn't crashes? But adding the personal Microsoft account it keeps crashing?
- Are there any error message showing besides the one in Microsoft Intune policies?

- Clear the app cache: Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage > Microsoft Loop > Offload App. Then, reinstall the app from the App Store.
