Cannot access loop component by Outlook app on cell phone

Hi all,

My teammate shared a mail with loop component to me. I can read the component smoothly by Outlook app on laptop, but cannot see it with Outlook app on my cellphone.

On the phone I can only see the loop link in the mail, and after clicking, it shows "Access Denied - your mail did not have permissions to access this resource. " I am very sure I am logging with the same mail on both laptop and cellphone. Could you please help check why I cannot view the component on phone?

Thanks!

    Hello Yu Jessie,

    Welcome to the Microsoft community.

I have understood your issue. Unfortunately, the Loop component is currently only available for Outlook for Windows as well as the web side, the Outlook app on mobile is currently not available for this feature.

    Hi Carlos,

Appreciate for your kind reply. May I ask is there a plan for Microsoft to leverage loop components to Outlook mobile apps? Our department is accustomed to using mobile phones to check mails. If we can browse the content of Component on mobile phones, it will greatly improve work efficiency.
