Integrate Data from External Systems into Microsoft Loop

Im looking to use Microsoft Loop as a functional scratchpad for Project planning. However I need to bring in data from external systems such as Salesforce, Confluence & other apps.

I have seen that there is a new integration for both Jira and Trello.

Is it possible to build custom data integration blocks?

How else could I solve this problem?

    Hello, The_Silverback B.

Welcome to the Microsoft Community Forum. Please accept our warmest regards and sincerest hope that all is well.

From the description you have provided, you would like to know if is possible to build custom data integration blocks in Microsoft Loop.

It is indeed possible. You can use the Microsoft Power Automate platform to create custom connectors that can integrate data from external systems into Loop. Power Automate provides a wide range of pre-built connectors for popular apps. You can also create custom connectors using the Power Automate platform.

Alternatively, you can use the Microsoft Graph API to integrate data from external systems into Loop. The Graph API provides a unified endpoint for accessing data from multiple Microsoft services, including Loop. You can use the Graph API to create custom solutions that integrate data from external systems into Loop.

As explained in the link below though, Microsoft Loop is still in Public Preview. As such, there are still features that need to be improved, and so problems might still occur with my suggestion above.
